Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers or program representatives involved in responding to the request. We do not describe submitted information as sold. Retention depends on operational, security, and legal needs.
Your choices
Use the contact page to ask about information you submitted or request a privacy review. Do not submit highly sensitive personal or payment information through the fleet assessment form.
Client-side claim checklist
The claim-preparation worksheet keeps entries in the open page’s memory. It does not upload, send, or automatically save worksheet values to local storage or a server. A separate fleet-assessment form sends only the information entered in that form. Browser restoration features may behave differently across devices; you are responsible for protecting any printed or saved PDF. The site’s general first-touch attribution records landing-page and campaign information, not worksheet entries.
Fleet Program Builder and measurement
Program Builder answers remain in the open page until the visitor chooses to submit the optional specialist-review form. A submitted profile is sent with the business contact information through the same Elite OS lead process described above. The site records conversion events such as tool use and successful form submission in a browser data layer. Google Analytics loads only when a valid site measurement ID is configured; no measurement ID is currently embedded in the source.
